“I had a order that was missing items through Uber. When I made the report in Uber eats they did not give me a refund. So I called Wendy's and they told me they were out and that Uber should have offered me another item in replacement. They never did but I was offered a free replacement tenders when I came in later that week. The closing manager was very friendly and willing to help me get my moneys worth when Uber failed to give me an option to get a different item.“
