Not only did it take about 30 min to get to front did not help a car 2 behind making it obvious to all they were getting impatient.
When I do finally get my food the fries are cold, the drink tasted carbonated water then it did soda. Was a waste of my money and time. Went 5 years not going to whataburger due to bad experience and will just go back to never going to them.
Our order is wrong everytime we come here. Today, we waited in the drive through 30 minutes just to be told that it would be an extra 20 minute wait because the person in front of us placed a big order. Unfortunately, they don't have large orders wait in a parking space or pull ahead and we got STUCK in the line. We couldn't even get out to go to a different location. 🙄 I understand that people are short staffed, but at least teach your cooks how to make more than 1 burger...read full review
