“I had a great experience with this business. I called and the owner personally answered, which immediately made everything feel more trustworthy. They were very friendly and helpful, and even suggested a great wine based on what I was looking for. I was also offered both pickup and delivery options, which made everything super convenient. The service was excellent from start to finish and the customer care really stands out. I also checked their Better Business Bureau (BBB) profile, which gave me even more confidence in their professionalism and reliability. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them and buy again.“

“We stopped in yesterday and had a great time. Jill is beyond friendly and hospitable. Learned from Jill that their grapes come from Northern CA. Jill shared they have a lot of sweet wines but when I shared that I prefer a drier red, she recommended the tempranillo which was great. We ended up buying a bottle.

The winery is spacious - could easily accommodate a larger group. Comfortable seating. Will definitely be back!“

“Had a few hours layover at Dallas/FW airport and decided we’d take a quick peek at Grapevine. Cute, charming historic Main Street, we arrived after 6pm so most shops were shut but fortunately then we were drawn into Red Dirt Cellars by the great music.
Staff and customer Cass were wonderfully welcoming and made us feel special. As an Australian, living in the Hunter Valley winemaking region of NSW, I had no idea that wine was even made in Texas. Tried the Tempranillo and Landon’s The Texan reserve red wine and very impressive they were too! But the staff made it for us, they were warm, super friendly and helpful. I doubt I’ll ever find a winery with such great customer service again Love Jill and Clare“
