What can I say about the incompetence here. Ordering well done fries seems to be the Achilles Heel of Wingstops everywhere, but when the manager looks you right in the eye and says "that's the best we can cook them", while showing her a droopy, inedible fry that's not even hot, what can you do but wonder what kind of training they get on proper cooking techniques. It's not rocket science, just 30-60 seconds more and there you go, crispy fries. And the fact that I was waiting for my order and they gave it to me right away is a tell as well, how they heck they aren't hot??? It's always been hit or miss, mostly miss no matter the location. I had given up even trying and haven't eaten WS for a while, but new address, new office, new location and my staff wanted it so I figured if I ordered them correctly and checked when I picked them up it wouldn't be a problem. Boy was I WRONG! I was so upset not only at the poor quality of the food, but the poor quality of the manager who obviously didn't give a rats behind and went with a lame excuse that anyone can see through. She didn't get cussed out because there was an audience, but suffice to say this is my last visit to that location, or any Wingstop location. The $5 "gift card" they offered when I complained wasn't even enough to cover the two large fries that went into the trash. The wings were overdone as well, but most of them at least got eaten anyway. No more, ever! BDubs here I come!

The food is good as is the service but please hire good programmers!!!! The website is horrible, I can't order online because I add to the basket I want to pay and out of nowhere it deletes all the items I had and so on until I get frustrated and no longer buy anything that is a loss of $ for the company! Be open to hiring people from other countries and not just one!!!! They don't have the slightest idea what systems are.

Elijah at the front desk is great!!! HE DID AN AWESOME JOB explaining the sauces I had questions about and ensuring my visit at this wingstop was estactic and worthwhile! The cooks did great as well my food came out fresh, hot, and neatly prepared with care! I will definitely come back in the future you guys rock!

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I ordered wings and celery through door dash and the wings were hard, dry, and had LITTLE TO NO SAUCE. the little sauce that was on there has a weird texture with no taste. I ate it because it was either eat or starve. DEF should’ve just starved bc it made me extremely sick!! If I could rate 0 stars I would! Y’all WRONG. I NEED MY MONEY BACK

Walked in to see employees cupping their hands to their mouths eats. Like their figures touched the inside of the mouth , no gloves on, touching their mouths but proceeding to handle food. Not just one employee but all of them. I was floored, They just looked up at me and kept eating. Customer service was quite,, I couldn't believe what I saw. All the sicknesses going around.. Smh.American getting desperate
