New in town. This was a nice Mediterranean restaurant me and my family had walked into. We came in here on a weekday, so it wasn’t as busy, but service was good and the server was polite. Food was good. It’s a nice spot close to everything. It’s a nice location, so you can’t go wrong. Would not mind coming here again.
A True Turkish Delight at Zeytin!
Don't let a few Indian/Pakistani dishes on the menu fool you—Zeytin is the real deal when it comes to authentic Turkish cuisine! From the moment you step in, you're transported to a culinary journey through Turkey, and it's absolutely fantastic.

I stopped in for lunch for a quick bite and found far more than I expected. I ordered a schwarma plate and a side (a name I cannot possibly spell correctly). Everything was fresh, tasty, and beautiful. Far more than I expected. The engaging staff was a nice plus and not something I really expected. Whole-heartedly recommend this as an option for the good people of Irving. EVen worth the short ride from Dallas.
