I witnessed an extremely rude encounter with a staff member named Marquis. He was yelling at a customer in front of me and so beyond rude all because the customer was taking a few extra seconds to decide what they wanted. There were only two people in line behind him (including me) and I didn't even notice the few extra seconds nor did I mind. First time at this location. Had a bad experience. Nine customers were waiting to order their food (including two of us),two employees busy restocking the food instead of taking orders, four employees were back in the kitchen area. Among employees one person was telling the other person what to do. I couldn't figure that out who was the team leader or the shift manager!!! If I could give the service -0 stars I would. Two young guys working In The front. One was very rude, saying passive aggressive remarks out loud while the other employees laughed. Will not be returning here.
