Roma Italian Bistro of Jacksonville

We had just got done walking in the extreme heat and humidity of the Tomatofest. I was suffering heat stroke. We had hoped that just sitting in the cool restaurant and eating something would help. (since I hadn't eaten anything that day and it was 3pm) We ordered but quickly realized that I needed to get home asap. Our server was great. She brought water and ice. She got out food switched over for to-go. I can only guess she asked them to hurry because it came out very quick. We did get home and after some rest and hydration I was fine and the food still tasted fantastic!

Amazing food, drinks and service. We had the chicken rigatoni vodka and the lasagna and grilled chicken salad. The bartender Hendrix made us the best drinks. We tried the blueberry smash,, blackberry mule, strawberry watermelon marg, and the blueberry lemon drop. They were made to perfection . Highly recommend Romas in Jacksonville. We sat at the bar and enjoyed it so much.

Food is so wonderful here and the customer service was great!! It was a little noisy as in loud however our family totally enjoyed everything we ordered.

I really want to like this place. The food is good and the prices are not bad. But both times we have been there the service is atrocious. From having to ask for a server, to servers just not being well trained, it’s just disappointing

First time visiting here. Parking was crappy but to be fair there's not a lot of parking in this area. The food was very very tasty and for the price I would highly recommend a good date night or solo attend. The service was great, a little slow getting the food out but they were extremely busy. Our waitress was attentive and kept our drinks full. We had to wait a minute or two for them to get a table clean but it was well worth the wait. I will be taking the misses here again.

Today was the first time I ever went there. I took the wife for a date. The best supreme pizza and alfredo sauce (side for dipping our bread) I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and the environment was cozy. Great for family/friend get togethers.
