Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Hash Browns are the benchmark that all others strive for but few achieve.
Pancakes and Waffles are Awesome, too. Biscuits are BETTER than Your Mama's. I always ask for real butter to top it off.“

“Pines Cafe in Jefferson has the best breakfast I've had in a very long time maybe even the best over all. Coffee was strong, homemade fluffy biscuits, gravy perfectly peppered, the French Toast light and fluffy and the hash browns perfectly fried (not too crunchy but not soggy). If I had to have a last meal it would be this breakfast all over again.“
