we heard a lot of good things and saw all the posts on social media so we had to come try the food while we were in New Orleans. we pulled up today right at closing time and even though they were already shutting down, they took our order anyway.

It's Nola Baaaby is a hidden gem of Houston's food truck scene, serving some of the best cajun food. The grilled cheese shrimp sandwich is the best sandwich ever, and the crawfish grilled cheese is delicious. The loaded crawfish fries are incredible, and the garlic Parmesan French fries hit the spot. A shrimp poboy far exceeded expectations. The Strawberry mango lemonade and Strawberry lemonade are delicious. The food is authentic and definitely worth it. Service is pretty fast, with great customer service from an employee with a Jamaican accent. There are lots of picnic tables and some shady areas, but it is hot. This black-owned business will not disappoint.
