This place was beyond the rudest customer service and sloppiest service I have ever encountered. After asking for an A5 that was a hamburger, fry and drink the lady even asked me if I wanted that with lettuce tomato and onion. I said (yes) as I drive up to pay she hands me my root beer as I asked for but when she hand it to me root beer was all over top and side of my cup. I had to ask for napkins. Then she hands me a big heavy bag that had a pot pie in it. I hunk my horn to get her back at the window and let her know that's not what I ordered I hand her back the bag and she ask me what did I order, I said A5, she said we don't have an A5 I don't know what that is. So I let her know and she told me it will be $1 and some Change more, so I handed her my card again after she already swiped it for the first order witch I did not have a problem with, then she told me I could not use my card for the remaining balance but I do not carry cash on me. Now I have to starve myself due to her not putting in the right order then her manager came over and said they both heard me say I wanted a pot pie I never ordered a pot pie in my life I asked for my money back on my card cause I don't like caring cash. And the manager said give it to him anyway. So after she handed me the cash. I was asking them about there customer service skill in a Polite manner she close the window in my face. I will never eat there again and both of them were so rude. This happened at 2:20 at 25112 Market Place Dr Katy, TX 77494 United States This two do not need jobs in customer service. I manage multiple local stores in the Katy area and I never witness customer service like this and I was very nice to these not so nice AW ASSociate there lucky to even get this yellow star they deserve no stars at all

They’ll get your order wrong. If you ask for no tomato’s and extra pickles you’ll get a burger that’s been sitting under the heat lamp for a half an hour with soggy bread, a cold patty and the tomatoes you asked not to have. You’re fries will also be cold. On the bright side, it’s a safe bet your coke will be the highlight of the meal.

As I walked in my wife had to use the ladies-room so she headed to the small restroom nook. The person attending the register, Gloria, yelled at her "that's the mens room!" Thinking she would actually walk in but she opened the supply closet.

I started my order with my free root beer float coupon they provide for my Birthday. They completely refused to honor it. Instead of starting a pointless argument that would had gone nowhere, I left... Did not order anything else I was planning to due to the rudeness I just experience.

This A&W was not what we expected . ? Kentucky Fried chicken has a very distinctive taste from other fried chicken recipes . Well this one didn't taste like KFC it was bland . We ordered the 8 piece bucket chicken the sides taste better than the chicken . Their restrooms smell like rust . I'm sorry to write a negative review I take no pleasure at all . But it keeps popping up to give my review .
