We went a group of friends!
We order topo chico mineral water and bottle waters. They both drinks out of stock.
Order tacos and the meat taste kind of weird . It was out of my standard expectations.
It was my first time and will never come back. There was no manager on duty, when we ask to talk to the person in charge. .

Could be good sometimes. The guac has does not taste like guac, too much herbs mixed in, too sweet. Also, happy hour menus are not honored.

Today we dined at this location after hearing that it was good on Instagram and the cool things they have on their menu. It looked fun and we were excited to try and drove from 45 min away. The food was average. I've had better or worse, but the real disappointment was the horrendous service. We usually don't expect much. The moment we walked in we were not greeted. It was me and my wife and my 3 kids and one other. They only had small tables to fit 4 at so the waiter approaches and had us follow him and goes to the manager who's sitting at a table and tells the waiter (in spanish, which my husband understands) that they had a reservation for a large party at 6 in the area he asked if he could seat us. We arrived at 4. The waiter just looked confused like so where do you want me to seat them while she continued rolling napkins and we're standing there waiting to be seated. It seemed like it was an inconvenience. Like we were disturbing them at their hangout. They finally put 2 of the small tables together to seat us. It then takes about 15 min to get our drink order while all the staff was huddled around the bar talking, watching a soccer game, eating, and drinking. When they brought the drinks, they each had 2 cubes of ice, and 2 diet Pepsis were flat. When we returned it, the waitress took it and then brought it back informing us the carbonation machine for that one beverage was broken and set the 2 drinks back on the table and asked if we're ready to order food. She didn't apologize or ask if there was anything else those 2 in our party wanted to drink as if she thought they were just going to drink the flat soda with no carbonation. After this and our food comes out staggered, one dish at a time, every staff member at the bar stays there the entire time never once looking to see if we need a refill or anything else. Every cup on the table is empty. Our friend gets up finally to go stand at the bar to ask for another water and a beer and he stands there not being acknowledged for about 3 minutes until he just asks if he can get another water and beer. It was a very awkward atmosphere. The staff were all off and more than unfriendly. They seemed annoyed and curt. the entire aura in the place with the other customers seemed tense. Then we get the bill. I only checked the bill to make sure we weren't charged for the drinks which we weren't so I paid and included a small tip. After leaving I noticed that we were charged for a large party gratuity of 20% on our bill as well as our friend's bill. His bill was just for him alone and mine was for a family of 5. What was the gratuity for? We didn't even get a refill. We only got something if we got up ourselves to ask for it. This is hands down the worst service I've ever experienced.

Came to pick up an order and the door was unlocked so I walked inside. Guy inside immediately tells me they’re closed and even though there was an order places, I cannot pick it up. Then why is the door unlocked?? and why are you dressed up like you work there and the establishment is clearly operating? Whatever

Do NOT come here , they give you dirty looks , they are rude , they tell you it’s happy hour but charge you full price at the end and tell you it’s at a different location ! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL ! Very unprofessional on there part .

We always went at happy hour and it was always a different price, one price online, another price on the menu, and when you paid it was another price! This Sunday we went and ordered drinks that were on the happy hour menu from 11 to 7 and they told us that they didn't have happy hour anymore! They should change their prices online on the menu and everywhere they advertise their restaurant, I don't think we will go to any of their locations again.
