Love love loved this place! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I've had Yemeni coffee before and I loved it. I ordered the ice mazajj latte which was exceptional; unique and flavorful blend. 5/5 recommend that drink and stopping in if you are in Katy.
There's several Yemeni coffee shop choices in Houston these days, so to stand out above the competition like Mazajj did for me makes it worth the long commute.The Adeni chai was very flavorful and aromatic. It's definitely my favorite of the 4 big Yemeni places. But what really blew me away was the Tres Leches spin on their milk cakes.... ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Great Adeni shay and desserts. Perfect place to come post taraweeh. It’s more quiet and peaceful than some of its competitors, which is a huge plus. The prices are fair. The ambiance of the cafe is also very nice.
