We tried Andy's Frozen Custard for the first time last night. Wow. And it will be the last. The service was so slow that the custard was practically melted by the time our order was given to us. It was incredibly pricey - about $40 for 2 banana splits (one had 3 tiny pieces of banana), 2 scoops of chocolate custard in a cup (must have been scooped with a teaspoon) and a caramel mocha shake (that tasted like vanilla). Complete waste of time and money.
4 customers after us had their orders for the exact same items. Had to asked multiple times about my order. Another customer got her order and it was not made right. She was told that they didn’t have all the ingredients so they substituted without asking. Very poor customer service at the Katy TX location. Would hate to see what a weekend would be like.
Amazing customer service and so many yummy options highly recommend it!!
