Best place in Katy for authentic Mexican food. Don't let the location and outer appearance discourage you. I've tried several alleged authentic places in Katy and this Basa's has been the best. They even have a drive-through for take out if you don't want to dine in.
Parking: I've never struggled to find parking. Most vehicles are in and out.

Awesome Awesome Awesome service and the food is authentic it’s hard to find good menudo and caldo de res I am complete now that I have found this place since I just moved to Katy I am a regular and I always enjoy my visits !!!! This little spot is it ! It’s always so welcoming and that’s hard to find now a days along with the flavors of authentic Mexican food I hope none of you who work there loose that spark that keeps people like me going back !!It is most appreciated by me and my belly ?I recommend this place over and over I even got my sister and her family hooked ?thank you to the sweet ladies who always make us feel like our time and money spent there is worth it !!!
