The customer service was top notch. Everyone was so kind and even put on a cartoon for my son to watch ( maybe because it wasnt so busy) but the food was 100/10!!! I had the soy garlic wings and the yamgnon 🥰🥰with the chicken fried rice soy garlic. I loved EVERYTHING.

I've been to bonchon many times while in Thailand, and I was extremely excited to go to bonchon in the United States, I can't explain how dissatisfied I am with the quality of the wings/fried chicken. The sause recipe is different, but the biggest issue is the texture, the crunch, and the flavor of the crispy wings. It isn't the same, and there's no crunch.
