It was good but I expected more for the price. Brisket and sausage wasn't bad I just expected better. The sides were pretty good. I'll give it another try for the specials that looked good. But I don't think I would pass up any of the other (even chain places) to come here for brisket.

Do not order the chopped brisket! This was more like blended brisket. There was nothing to chew! It was like baby food ? also I ordered the fried okra which was honestly the best part. We ordered a pound of ribs and they were just super salty! I really was hoping to be less than impressed but sadly after spending my hard earned money on a Sunday night dinner for my family.......they laughed at me!

3/18/2024 I've been a fan of Brett's since their Mason location and I can easily say I come here for the turkey & brisket! Recently they launched their crawfish on Sunday's and I am a fan! Very good flavors and the soak is incredible!
Hands down our favorite BBQ spot in the Houston area!!! From all the meats to the cornbread casserole, to the TexMex Night specials…. EVERYTHING here is delicious and consistently great no matter the time or day. We love the brisket, ribs, turkey, and chicken, and it is truly hard not to get bbq here all the time, but the specials truly are amazing too!!!The brisket enchiladas, beans and rice, queso, fajitas… it’s ALL good!The frozen margaritas and the espresso martini are also amazing!Vegetarian options: The sides are really good! The jalapeño slaw is fantastic!

I had the brisket burnt ends and the flavor was out of this world, nice crisp on em too! My friend had a burger and she devoured every bite. The toppings were perfectly proportioned and the beef was juicy. The slaw was good too but not the best.
Great brisket. Sausage here is good too but unique and youll just have to try it to see if it's for you. Love the cornbread pudding side and beans are amazing. Beans would be great with cornbread and fritos for a frito pie too.

Try this place and I can’t understand why serve a baked potato but no sour cream, chives no bacon bites, that’s what makes a baked potato plus my potatoes was brown over cooked! Waste of money

I have tried just about everything on their menu at this point and there was nothing here I wouldn’t recommend. Their barbecue is phenomenal. Their enchiladas on Thursdays are amazing and today I tried that burger for the first time that’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It is outstanding. Every now and then I drive an hour and 15 minutes just to eat here and go home and it’s always worth it.
