Brett’s Bbq shop was a mixed Experience at a Recognized BBQ joint. We visited a Texas Monthly Top 100 BBQ award winner, a spot that previously held a Top 50 ranking. The food is great and actually one of our favorites in the area. The service is disappointing every single time (in-person, over the phone). Their menu is unclear and quite confusing but do yourself a favor and don’t bother asking questions because you will most certainly be met with distain. Also do not even try to order ahead over the phone for pick-up because “We don’t do that… k…bye.”
OMG, this is the best BBQ place in Katy, literally the brisket melts in your mouth and the Turkey was the moist and flavorful one I have ever had, we really enjoyed the two times we visited here and will be back soon and the owner is supper nice and friendly 🙏🙏🙏
