As a retired baker I have high expectations when I order treats and Brown Sugar do not disappoint. I asked for a themed cake and cookies for my daughter’s party, not only did everything look fantastic, they tasted great too. Everyone loved the treats, they were almost too pretty to eat……we will be fighting over the last piece of cake (If I don’t eat it at midnight) and the teenager has laid claim to the last few cookies. We are repeat customers and will continue to order goodies and pop in to the food truck for work and personal orders.
Buddy is kinda rude/standoff-ish and the food is mid. Not worth the trouble to me

Georgia made the most beautiful cake for Jodie. The cake was delicious and absolutely stunning! I have no hesitation at all to recommend Brown Sugar for all your custom bakery needs!

Food is phenomenal and I love the pork chop basket and catfish basket, but they never answer the phone to place an order or they are almost never open when they are suppose to be. It’s a flip of a coin with them.

One of my favorite food trucks in Houston! This guy is a game changer my first time trying oxtails was in his Oxtail macaroni.. Then I tried the oxtail fries also.. never had a bad experience. ... Chicken always fresh, everything is always perfect .
I'm skeptical about food truck food but my food was actually really good. I got the plain chicken basket with macaroni and I've gotta day, food was hitting.
