Chen's Chinese Cuisine is a fantastic place with fantastic food. The restaurant is a great spot and is impeccably clean, though it is a small place with limited space. The service is extremely fast for a fast in and fast out experience. The owner and staff are very nice, helpful, sweet, friendly, and a delight, making diners feel welcome and providing excellent service. They even offer a lunch special from 11am to 3pm.
The food is delicious, tasty, fresh, good, and incredible. The selection includes old favorites like house fried rice made to perfection, combination lo mein that is super tasty with a lot of meat, Four Treasure, Mixed Vegetable Chicken, and chicken wings where you get the full wing. The veggies and shrimp are fresh, and the beef and chicken melt in your mouth with no gristle. Seasoning is on the mild side but suited to most diners. Portions are very generous and prices are very reasonable. Many customers report they will be back.
