My wife had a slip and fall incident in the Sioux Falls location just a day before they closed permanently. I gave my contact information to the manager on duty and did not hear from anyone. Not even a call to see if she was OK. I then left 2 voice mails and sent one email to a mysterious "Bob" that is listed as the emergency contact on the corporate web page. Another voicemail to the main corporate number also went unreturned. Hey Chick N Max, do better.

Chicken Max always comes thru with their catering! Great food and great customer service! WE LOVE THE CROUTONS!! Give them a call!

service was slow. slightly over priced with no option to order sandwich without beverage.
