I had asked for queso, but instead of getting a fresh portion, the team member scraped the bottom of the container. It was really thick, almost like a chunk, instead of the usual smooth consistency that spreads throughout the bowl. When I spoke up about the queso, the cashier and the other team member just looked at each other and continued on as if I hadn’t said anything. It felt dismissive and left me disappointed with the service.

This place was just plain dirty!! Every customer had to wipe down their own tables just to sit down. Food all over the place, ground tables etc. Management ought to be ashamed of this. Corporate needs to take a look at this because the negative reviews are starting to overtake the good! Music was so loud that employees couldn't even hear the customers!

I know this is a busy place but someone should be assigned to clean the lobby more frequently. It's a must this is where customers eat at. I have came in more than once and seen the lobby not clean. However the service is always good.

They were playing early 2010’ hip hop and the place was super clean. Some disorganization behind the bar, but all things were correct.

0/10 – Would not recommend. The portion sizes are extremely small, and the overall service is disappointing. Management comes across as rude, and the staff is generally unfriendly. This location desperately needs better leadership, customer service training, and a more positive store culture.

By far the worst experience ever. Portions are crazy small, and lobby if disgusting. Forks and napkins everywhere. Everyone is leaning and chit chatting, but no one has the decency to go clean. New management needed. I saw a bunch of people in Polos, but no one had leadership. Clearly they might need extra training. Will not be back.

I'm not usually the one to complaint, but if you are going out to eat, avoid this Chipotle entirely. Dinning room was FILTHY. No clean table to sit on. Even when their rush was over, no one bothered to go clean. People were leaning and talking, and tables dirty. Portions on bowls are small & bags of chips are 3/4 empty. There is no type of customer service. I know for a fact, I will not be back here at all. Seems like they have lost all standards. As I was leaving, I literally had to tell the front counter girl that the dinning room was filthy. She looked at me like it was a surprise. If there was a manager on duty, let me tell you, you need to do a better job, because I could not even tell. Seemed like a bunch of employees awaiting on directions. Very dissapointed.
