It is one thing to give a regular portion size, but this location skimps severely on the portions. They do not even give full scoops . I should have taken a picture of what the bowl looks like. Hardly any rice, half a spoon of beans and half a spoon of chicken. Listen to the negative reviews . They are all true . Try another location where they give true portions. If you’re not going to skimp on the prices, don’t skimp on the portions. Poor management. This is a misrepresentation of what I am used to purchasing multiple times on multiple occasions from various chipotle restaurants. This is the worse I’ve encountered when it comes to skimping on the portions. I would show my bowl, but the only thing I got a full spoon of was sour cream, so you can’t see how poorly the portion sizes were.

Wow I went to this location today at 1:15 to Oder lunch which I always do! Ally was very dismissive and rude because I asked her a question about the app and why I was charged a different amount! She was very rude I called corporate to make a complaint! I also asked the manager name she told me to take one of the cards at the register which has Alejandra Ferrufino name on which I think is short for Ally if she s the Ally that I had an encounter with she NEED TO BE RETRAINED…..I will never go to this location again!

Manager would rather throw away a full bowl with extra chicken rather than just comping the extra chicken.
I use the app and had a rewards for extra protein.
At the counter, the cashier stated the system is down and they can’t honor any rewards.
I told him I had the reward for the extra protein, which is about $4+ extra in cost. I wasn’t going to pay out-of-pocket for the extra protein being that I had rewards for it.
My mindset is that it wasn’t my fault that the system is down. The cashier expected me to pay for the extra protein. I asked him to check with the manager and the manager agreed with the cashier that I have to pay the extra.
I just then stated that I wasn’t gonna pay for the order and place an order without the extra protein, in which I did.
I had to get back in line to place my order again without the extra protein .
As I asked an associate to make my burrito to he scooped the wrong beans and I told him I didn’t want them and that it was incorrect so he told his other coworker in Spanish to come help the nigger because I’m black I will never come back to this location and if you are black they will treat you incorrectly and at the end of the day we’re all humans and I don’t think that was fair for him to do that it don’t matter the color of my skin if I’m spending my money you help me

I usually love coming here, but I’ve been really disappointed lately with how small the chicken scoops have gotten. A half scoop isn’t a real scoop. Please fix this because if it keeps happening, I might have to take my business elsewhere.

A place that charges $15 for burritos aught to be able to fold it tight so it’s not all over my hands on the first bite. A good example for your employees to check out is Freebirds where they know how to do it right. This is why so many people order bowls at this chipotle. You can’t fold a burrito to save your life.
