So I tried Chipotle today…. FIRST TIME EVER! I got a burrito……. ?….. the steak sounded good so I said yes on the steak. It was a big missteak! It was fat and gristle! I spit most of it out. The price (with a small drink: $16.50). No Senior or veterans discount. I could have gotten a MUCH BETTER MEAL for that price at Mia’s. ???

I actually made a target run and happened to notice this location pulling out. I was geeked because until now the closest one was up Mason. Anyway, arrived about 11:40 and utilized app and drive through. Order was ready in 10 minutes. While waiting I looked the location up cause I was like when did this open....noticed the 2.8 rating and started reading reviews. Needless to say I was nervous as I'd already placed my order. My order is perfect. Fresh. Proportioned correctly. Very good. The ladies at the drive through were also pleasant. Maybe it depends on the time ans present team but this may be my new Chipotle home.Parking: Be careful going through the drive through its a bit odd.

Considering the location, I was expecting a better quality of food. However, they under portioned everything, including the cheese which I requested extra for. This is the 2nd and final time I will be going to this particular franchise. The location on Mason and Spring Green provide higher quality food and service.

I have always had this experience at Chipotle, (It even happens to me in several locations), the service is not the best. It seems like it was a gift and not that you paid for a service. I love the food, that's why I always come back. (They should bring back the Carne Asada), but the service could give it 1 star. I don't do it so as not to damage the fame of the flavor of their food, which it does have for me 5 ⭐️, but it is time for them to do some training or some evaluation of the staff in all the locations, in terms of attention, serving the food, dedication. .several points. $20 is the average expense for 1 person, it is a fast-turning restaurant, and I think the experience could be better.

They lost the credibility dont recommend, upon picking up our veggie bowl order, we were dismayed to discover missing items when we opened the bag at home. Regrettably, there was no guacamole, beans, and the rice was improperly cooked, possibly due to oversized portions.

I’ve been here multiple times but the last 3 times haven’t been very pleasant. I thought it was just them having a busy/bad day but it doesn’t seem to be the case. 1. The food especially lettuce looks VERY old and nasty yellow now green. I thought this was just a slow day but the last 3 times this has been the case and it’s during the rush so it doesn’t make sense. 2. Managers ALWAYS look like they’re doing a million things and the staff is lost except for the cooks who obviously can’t leave their stations to help. I know hiring is tough now but if the managers going to fo the job of 4 people during lunch rush hour then why have the other staff there. This is just the final straw, today I ordered online and my lettuce and all items just did not taste how they usually do and the lettuce (lack there of) after I asked for extra was ALL yellow/ red colored and even taste old… The last time I was there a gentleman even commented on how old everything looked and the server didn’t even address it and the customer got upset the manager had to take over. I didn’t even eat this bowl, the app didn’t help and I can’t go back due to being tied up at work. What a waste of money and not to mention my lunch. At least my chips are good…

Hello today it pains me to share my experience regarding the conduct of I believe to be a so called manager. Today like around 11:30 AM Ish As my order was being taken by a nice young lady, I heard and I saw a guy who I believe was a manager or owner he was wearing a blue long sleeve shirt and blue jeans that started raising his voice to the employees that were prepping saying something between the lines of “did y’all do the prepping and why is it wrong” he was rude and condescending you can tell most of the employees were new and had not much training. Obviously none of them answered him and had their heads down. The young lady that attended me looked so embarrassed, the working environment should foster collaboration, respect, and growth, but unfortunately, the behavior of the manager has fallen short of these expectations.The manager consistently demonstrates rudeness and condescension towards employees, creating an atmosphere of tension and discomfort.

it only takes one bad experience and this location lost my families business permanently. picked up 4 meals at drive through and the only thing the girl said was "name?", when I gave her my name she blankly handed me the bag and walked away.Zero customer service in a customer service job! .. was she mad she didn't get a full 20% tip? As mentioned, 4 ordered meals, we got two forks! she deserved no tip. our food was cold, lots of rice in the bowls with barely any chicken. like I said never again and I will steer everyone else I talk to away as well. description of girl: Hispanic with long wavy hair and black rimmed glasses

This is one of the best chipotle I have been to. Staff is so kind and have great attitude. Portions were not skimped. Restaurant is usually busy but is generally kept decently clean.Pick up section is well organized.
