I actually made a target run and happened to notice this location pulling out. I was geeked because until now the closest one was up Mason. Anyway, arrived about 11:40 and utilized app and drive through. Order was ready in 10 minutes. Considering the location, I was expecting a better quality of food. However, they under portioned everything, including the cheese which I requested extra for. This is the 2nd and final time I will be going to this particular franchise. The location on Mason and Spring Green provide higher quality food and service.
I have always had this experience at Chipotle, (It even happens to me in several locations), the service is not the best. It seems like it was a gift and not that you paid for a service. I love the food, that's why I always come back. (They should bring back the Carne Asada), but the service could give it 1 star. I don't do it so as not to damage the fame of the flavor of their food, which it does have for me 5 ⭐️, but it is time for them to do some training or some evaluation...read full review
