The food was awesome! I got a bowl with cheese, beans, sour cream, etc. and it was melting in my mouth! The service was TERRIBLE. The staff was rude and was acting like she was annoyed because ordered food. The place and cleanliness was bad too. There was some beans on the floor and the ice machine was empty. Please fix these problems🙏🙏

I actually made a target run and happened to notice this location pulling out. I was geeked because until now the closest one was up Mason. Anyway, arrived about 11:40 and utilized app and drive through. Order was ready in 10 minutes. While waiting I looked the location up cause I was like when did this open....noticed the 2.8 rating and started reading reviews. Needless to say I was nervous as I'd already placed my order. My order is perfect. Fresh. Proportioned correctly....

I have always had this experience at Chipotle, (It even happens to me in several locations), the service is not the best. It seems like it was a gift and not that you paid for a service. I love the food, that's why I always come back. (They should bring back the Carne Asada), but the service could give it 1 star. I don't do it so as not to damage the fame of the flavor of their food, which it does have for me 5 ⭐️, but it is time for them to do some training or some...
