Chocho Hot Pot Katy Premium All You Can Eat

The best hot pot I’ve experienced! The brisket and rib eye were amazing. They have lots of options and it’s super clean. Mostly their staff is the best! Make sure you to say hi to Joey and Geno they were awesome and will take care of you! Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience at ChoCho Hot Pot in Katy, and a big reason was our server, Gino. From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. He took the time to explain the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive.

What impressed me most was how well Gino managed multiple tables while still making every guest feel like a priority. Even during busy periods, he remained calm, organized, and efficient. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality really elevated our dining experience.

It’s clear that Gino takes pride in his work and represents the restaurant exceptionally well. Excellent service like his reflects not only his professionalism but also strong management and a well-trained team that values customer satisfaction. Everyone seemed to work together seamlessly, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Great all you can eat hot pot in Katy, TX! $39.99 for happy hour. Regular is $42.99. Fresh meat. Dessert is good not alot of options.

This was a fantastic experience the manager was very attentive when I told him that I had allergies He made sure I knew which allergens were in what food and checked in continuously throughout the night. It was a wonderful dinner and I highly recommend them.

food is aight, i think the price is pretty steep but the service is good

The service was AMAZING! I went for my birthday dinner and Joey was sooo attentive. I will come back over and over again. The food was amazing! The manager Gino was also so kind & Joey was able to explain everything with so much detail! Best first hot pot experience ever. The restaurant was also incredibly clean, and they have good food safety rules! A must visit!

The food was super good! I feel like it might even be better than the haidilao down the street lol. The staff was also really kind and respectful! I went with my mother and we chose the halal menu, (my mom is muslim) and there was still alot of options! Will be coming again, ^^

We are calling this place “KNOCK-YOUR-SOCKS-OFF HOT POT” with the BEST SERVICE ever!!! We cannot sing enough high praises of how we felt so welcomed by the stellar staff, which made our experience even more memorable! Fiona, one of the managers, was so sweet and helpful in showing us how this AYCE works. Javier, our server, was super on top of things, very patient and friendly! Last but not least, Gino, another manager, was extremely kind and attentive in making sure we had everything we needed and beyond! Highly recommend for date night, family time, fun with friends, or just grubbin’ solo! Loved that they have a drawer with endless napkins, wet wipes, and gloves so easily available. What a brilliant idea, and that the menu was tucked on the side of the table too. Will definitely be back because of the phenomenal service and food!

Had an amazing experience with our servers Javier and Jonah. It was our first visit and we absolutely loved it. They were incredibly patient, took the time to walk us through the entire process, and kept checking in to bring us everything we needed. They were also very patient and understanding while dealing with the kids. Their attentiveness made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable, and the hotpot felt even better because of their wonderful service. Would recommend!
