Nice experience. The food was great and service was amazing. The limits by plates is unreachable, and meat are fresh and tasty.

My recommendation is to avoid chicken and focus on beef/lamb/pork. Choose spicy and sweet broth for the best taste.

Such good food and the service was amazing! Alvin explained how everything worked and was very considerate about the halal dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed making our own sauce. Good selection of halal meat also without any cross-contamination.

Halal hotpot alert!!!!
I wish I could rate more for the service. The staff was too friendly, specially the Manager Floud. Even though the food was a bit pricey, but it was justified since everything was halal in there apart from that since we have had happy lamb hotpot my wife kept complaining regarding the broth not being not that spicy along with a bit watery but then it is got fixed little addons. 10/10 tbh

Signature broth - 9/10 - I would get this spicier next time but loved the flavor

Tom yum broth - 8/10 - Tasted tangy like tom yum soup at thai restaurants

Mushroom broth - 6.5/10 - Didnt have much flavor besides mushrooms 🍄‍🟫

Thai milk tea - 9/10 - So creamy and not too sweet, could be a tad bit stronger🧋

Lychee mocktail - 9/10 - Sweet and tart

Pineapple mocktail - 7/10 - More bitter than sweet, tasted like pineapple🍍 juice and sprite

HALAL AYCE hot pot 🍲 alert ‼️🚨 This place has out done itself by marking every little item with “halal” and “not halal friendly” labels including utensils. They have sooo many options and it was fun making our own meals with our choices of broth, meats, toppings, and sauces. I would definitely go back on a cold day (whenever that happens in Houston lol) 😋

Went to @chochohotpot a new Halal hot pot spot in Katy, TX. this place the whole family enjoyed. you selection the broth that you want, I went with the hot tomato broth, and then buffet style selection your meat, veggies and noodles. large selection of meat items to pick from Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Fish, Shrimp, and much more, many types of noodles to select aswell.

All items are labeled if they are halal or not, they also do provide separate bowls so there is no cross contamination.

Overall this place is a little pricey but the food is great definitely worth it.

For the price you’re paying you are not getting much of a variety. It was a one and done to try, social media hyped it up and it did not live up to its expectations. Service was non existent

Came in with my brother tonight and surprisingly had a amazing time. I noticed that although we were only focused on ordering the meats, their selection of other foods were pretty expansive even incorporating halal options simultaneously. The meats itself tasted of high quality and juiciness that i was able to enjoy after a tedious study and post-workout sesh. The service was impeccable, our main server june as well as the other servers and staff were very attentive, friendly, and thorough throughout the whole experience as we don't usually eat hotpot often; to the point where not only our broths were refilled but our waters too which really stood out to me. The interior is very nice and subtly fancy and clean. The decor, style and layout mesh really well together where it manages to keep the vibes light and charming. I live in the Katy area and im just glad i finally found a new designated well-rounded AYCE hotpot restaurant where i can bring friends and family. They also have really solid prices if you know the right times to go!

Everything was superb. I went for the halal option and was impressed with how they kept everything separate. Food and service was amazing, shout out to my servers, Leo and Ethan. They were great! Definitely will be going back.

This place is extremely overhyped and overpriced. For this price ($48), you would have better experience and definitely better hot pot at other places. When we got to the restaurant (around 4-5pm) the dim sum aisle was already almost empty, the leftovers were cold, hard and stale. The seafood section was not fresh and smelly as if they were just sit there with not a right temperature for hours. Meat selection was small and not much choices, majority of them are extremely fatty, made the broth gets overly greasy and oily with times.
It was my daughter birthday, so we asked for the birthday special, well they asked for proof of her birthday as if everyone supposed to carry birth certificate around. And mind you she is only 9 so how could we have her ID.
Extremely disappointed overall. Would definitely never come back and would never recommend to anyone.
The only good thing about this place was our waiters, they were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Other than that I don’t think this place deserves even a ⭐️.
