I was picking up an order from uber eats,I asked the guy in charge about the order he said: wait is not ready yet.
I waited 20 minutes and he asked me what was the name of my order and he said its been picked up by someone else.
Really? After 20 minutes waiting? He is rude and none of them are willing to improve customer service.I will reject all the furture orders I receive from uber and doordash and I already reporte them to these 2 companies.Im not going back there ever again.

Honestly what can I say just disappointing for 56 dollars worth I received some stale noodles and just a sprinkle of bbq pork I ordered 4 extra sides of pork knowing that I wanted mostly meat and only got one small little round container of bbq pork that seemed like it was microwaved.😔

I tried to rate zero stars, that option wasn’t available. Kinda disappointing. Much like their service. I was driving to the restaurant, mouth watering from the idea of crispy Peking Duck, then I get a message that my order was CANCELLED. I was confused and I was almost there, so I figured I would just go and ask them about it. If I knew that the servers were so rude I would drive back home and never leave my house. I walked in and asked why my order was canceled, and the server just said that it was all sold out, I was surprised since I had ordered TWO DAYS in advance. I asked why they didn’t reserve one for me since I had ordered online, and they had the audacity to reply with the same answer. “ITS ALL SOLD OUT” No sorry at all. I asked again, but I was more irritated. They said it was FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. So apparently it doesn’t matter if I ordered online and my family was anticipating delicious duck. ( If it was available but they still talked to me like that, I wouldn’t want to support them) So I left because I didn’t want to faint from their toxic energy. luckily I was able to go to a better restaurant and got some chicken instead. I will never come back.

i went to order 2 pounds roasted pork belly , they cut 2.6 pounds , i said i only get 2 pounds they cut out a piece then when they cut my piece he was keep another piece in my order after he cut my order .... young guy with not nice action like this i will never come back here even their good food

We order food from this place from time to time for convenience and ok taste. However, the quality varies so much. Today, we ordered pork belly, which is almost all fat and does not contain any lean meat. In addition, there are black dots in the pork.

The price of this place has increased dramatically since COVID. They charge extra rice fairly high. I don’t recommend this place.

The most authentic Chinese Cantonese BBQ in City of Houston.

If you're looking for authentic and incredibly flavorful Chinese BBQ, this is the spot. The roasted duck, roasted pork belly, and char siu were all delicious—super flavorful and juicy. Every meat was cooked perfectly. Great portions for the price, too. ​I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu.

I have been seeing a lot of hype for this restaurant so was in the area today an decided to give it a try. Atmosphere was tiny an crowded the lay out of tithe front area is overly crowded to get it you have to get through a line of people waiting to order an pick up. Ordered a whole Peking duck didn't receive any legs with my order or neck. Appears the oil was old as well an not crispy. Orders a whole royal chicken flavor was ok a little dry compared to sinh sinh. An finally the roasted pig which they replaced with roasted belly. Skin was very chewy an stuck to our teeth. So overall it was OK but not great especially when comparing quality to the pricing . Bill was around 125.00

Went in and ordered two dishes. Only one given and they didn't have the other dish. Waited around and then they refunded only for one fush and cleverly kept the tip.

It is very upsetting to experience a highly unethical business practice at this place. We ordered 1 lbs of pork chop and upon checking, it only weighed 9.7 oz. Be aware and stay away from them
