We were excited to stop by here for ice cream- but the experience was overall very disappointing. There was one employee for the first 15 minutes that we were there - and he didn't even acknowledge us as he worked behind the counter. The second employee, who eventually made her appearance, also lacked friendliness and helpfulness. The ice cream was good, but not incredible (and it was incredibly expensive). 100% not worth worth wait and money.

I never had such a delicious and fresh ice cream ever. I am not sure if a frozen ice cream looses the original taste but the freshly made ice cream here is super good. Try the strawberry bond with cheese cakes. My concern is the price. $11 for a large bowl (approx 250ml) of Strawberry bond is just too much. Less than 1/2mile from this place costco sells 1 gallon (approx 15 similar servings) of vanilla ice cream for $12.99 and box full of strawberries for $6. May be it deserves such premium for liquifying Nitrogen(yeah the same 78% element that you inhale in every breath) which is used for freezing ice cream ?.The other issue at this store is the service. It took 35mins to deliver my order. That is ridiculous and obvious with the other reviews here. May be those kids at the store are in training and there is no store manager to supervise them.Deeply disappointed from service, store ambience and delivery time after spending f’ing $60 on 4 bowls of ice cream.

If icecream could be unseasoned this would be the equivalent. Little to no favor, ridiculously small portions, and barely any toppings. Just stupidly expensive wish I never spent my money here?

We showed up 30 min before they closed and were told we could only order pints of ice cream. Why state that you are open until a certain time but stop serving certain items.

$11.50 for a shake!! Brought my son & his 3 friends, 4 shakes cost me $50!!!! Then my mini ice cream with 1 topping $8.50. I could have gone to a chain ice cream place, equally delicious, and spent half as much. Very slow too, as they have to make the ice cream right in front of you in mixing bowl with nitrogen (or whatever they use to freeze it quickly). It was good, but not THAT good!

It’s so cool watching the way they make the ice cream. They have many flavors to choose from and you can even take a small pint of ice cream. The place is very clean and welcoming.
I love the ice cream here. It's made fresh, and it's so creamy. Sea salt Caramel is my favorite.

The icecream comes out all stringy and tastes strange. The add all extras to it I guess that's to hide the fact that their vanilla is terrible. And it was $8 for a small. Don't bother. Much better icecream at just about any other

Very good ice cream! Pricey for the size. Family of four ordered three regular sized cups, and the tab was slightly over $30, then tip. It was worth the experience! Kids loved to see how the ice cream was made!

Very cool place and great tasting ice cream. Just be prepared to spend more money than regular ice cream shop.
