Came for a blizzard and a sundae. The lady behind the counter taking our order had her phone on (not silenced) and literally asked what we wanted then started doing something on her phone, has to re-ask what my husband ordered, then I placed my order. She repeated it back correctly. We got it to go. When we got home his blizzard wasn't even correct. Had she actually been paying attention to the paying customers it would have been but apparently she had more important things...

My family and I enjoy Dairy Queen, especially for their ice cream. While we’ve dined inside before, we primarily use the drive-thru for a sweet treat. Overall, the restaurant is clean, and most of the staff is friendly, which keeps us coming back.

However, I’m giving 4 stars because my order accuracy tends to be hit or miss—it’s about a 50/50 chance that everything is correct. Unfortunately, when mistakes happen, the owner has not been very willing to...

Was out and about in Katy and stumbled on to this DQ! Service was excellent and the staff so attentive and helpful! My server Kevin Roman was the best! Great location and great service!
