Based on the reviews, Dim Sum Box Restaurant & Cocktail Bar offers a unique experience. The cocktails are amazing, super unique, and unlike anything tried before. The dim sum is excellent, freshly steamed or fried, and some say it is the best dim sum spot in Katy. It is also an event venue for parties, birthdays, and bridal parties, open late on weekends. However, the service has been described as extremely frustrating and unprofessional, with long waits and no updates even when the restaurant is not busy. The price is considered too much for the quality and serving size, with complaints about the chicken fried rice having chicken cut too small. The milk tea and Thai tea are terrible, watery, and weak. The sticky rice is wrapped the same way as another place, but the food tastes like it was cooked without any teachers.
