Worst customer service EVER, do not order from this location. I had the bad idea of ordering online because the delivery time offered was 20 minutes. I got my order an hour later when my lunch time was over…when i called the “manager Summer” disregard my complaint, kept leaving me in hold. I will NEVER order from Dominos at 5603 Hwy Blvd. Katy, TX 77494 again!

Sent a Pakistani gentleman , to my apartment, who spoke NO, NO, English.Looked like a terrorist.Could not answer one simple question, had NO, NO cheer, NO, NO social grace, or any sense of what good customer service skills are.I'd prefer to have mediocre pizza , than THIS, coming to my door.REALLYThis is the best you can do.I was very happy the pizza DID NOT BLOWUP.

Fast, friendly, great service from all the staff and manager. The pizza is almost always made exactly how I ordered and always looks like it was made with care, which you can tell by the amount of sauce added, how the toppings are placed organized on the pizza, the cook temperature, and how well the slices are cut, and they are so on point.
