My husband went to get the halloween bucket and paid $16 for a WALMART bucket!!! Wtf. I just bought the exact bucket yesterday for $1.14. It's OK if you ran out then say so but I'm not happy, what a scam.

If I could put zero stars I would, the girl at the window was so rude. She approached me with an attitude the whole interaction. I waited at the window for my munchkins and sandwhich.. she opened the window and asked with an attitude why I was still there what I was waiting for. When I explained I had two missing items she shut the door and brought her manager. Will not be coming back horrible customer service. And I got the wrong donut holes. I’d rather go to over priced Starbucks then come to this dunkin again.

Go somewhere else. The girl at the window was very rude and disorganized. Also, she was super high.
We setup a mobile order and went up to the window. They said it wasn’t ready and asked us to pull around to the curb pickup. We waited for 20 minutes. We went back to the drive through to ask about our orders. They tried to give us the melted iced coffees from 20 minutes ago. We asked them to make new ones. They asked us to go back around the building to wait again, and said we could not sit there at the window while they made the coffees because other people are waiting. We pulled around and waited another 20 minutes before they brought out the coffees. It was a total of 47 minutes between when we paid on the app and when they handed us the coffees. The girl at the window was visibly high as a kite.
The girl that brought the coffee up to the curb was super nice. She explained that they have a poor communication process. She also gave us donuts for all the trouble.
Someone there knows it’s a shyt show. I do really like dunkin, but the stoner employees can ruin a visit.
