I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts atleast 3x and never had my order come out right. Today, for example @ 12:10pm (10/18/2025) I went through the drive through and asked for a caramel macchiato and the hashbrowns with chipotle aioli and specifically asked for no meat. When I come to the drive through, they gave me the hashbrowns WITH the bacon!! And then got my drink and it’s not a caramel macchiato but some cinnamon bs. Done coming here. Someone close this dunkin down and make another coffee spot here smh.

I love this Dunkin ! My go to order is Bacon Avocado toast + syrupy iced drink (caramel iced espresso or that delicious Cereal Milk drink I hope they don’t take off the menu <3) & they always get it right. The toast is never burnt always well slathered with avocado spread and those little seeds, very generously sprinkled with bacon which I consider big selling point considering the upcharge for bacon. I used to be a avocado toast hater as I thought it was dumb to pay for something you can easily make at home but keeping avocados is easier said than done and frying up bacon and it’s fumes although delicious isn’t always convenient. So I can admit that buying avocado toast isn’t as dumb as I initially thought, and they consistently make it right. I’ve gone to many other locations where I pulled off and there was more bacon around the toast than on the toast :-/ never at this place and I can appreciate that truly. As for my drinks always right, they don’t mind when I ask for more milk or cream either, service is polite and relatively fast! Overall my favorite dunking location for someone that has a hard time having breakfast overall I’m appreciative for this awesome, reliable, polite staff and service :)

I should check reviews before ..No wonder why are so low Horrible customer services , I asked for 2 iced coffee on the drive thru I was ready to pay but I noticed was medium size so I asked for large size and she said coffee was already made.. that couldn't make it large size ..so I left without doing business never coming back

Service has really gone downhill over the last few months. Foodtakes forever. They dont get the orders correct. Coffee isnt made correctly, or is left sitting on the counter and it gets watered down. Really disappointed that I'll no longer be stopping here on my commutes

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. The staff is consistently rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to the chaos around them. Management is beyond awful; they seem to have no idea what they're doing or customer satisfaction. Ordering food here is equally frustrating. it's almost impossible to get your order right, and the quality is just consistently subpar. The employees seem like they're just going through the motions, and there's no effort to ensure that customers are happy or even satisfied. It's a wonder that they stay in business with such lack of care and poor service. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, whether you're looking for a good job or just trying to grab a coffee. It’s just an all-around horrible experience every time. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!

Took off an hour of my day to drive to this Dunkin and treat myself to their fall drinks, only for me to completely waste my time and money- and to be mistreated in the process. Ordered two iced coffees, they were very dark and tasted acidic so I asked them to remake because there was no sweetness whatsoever, and after blaming it on my order (2 cream/2 swirls) they begrudgingly agreed to remake them. Waited for them to remake only for them to hand me the exact same drinks thinking I wouldn’t know. I was stunned and disappointed that they just decided to lie to me and placate me, all while making me pay for two disgusting coffees and wasting my time. Horrible experience.
