But what really bites is the badly mixed music (overdone sub bass rattles, faint upper bass, stinging loud highs) makes bringing kids tough plus annoys neighbors (see other reviews).
If they/you put good EQ on the music (make about 150-350hz loud, everything else much quieter), they could get the strong bass feel/punch without pissing people off.

The manager of this food truck bar has no consideration for the neighborhood they plopped themselves down next to. Music plays loudly (all they have to do is turn down the bass but they refuse) Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm to 2am and Sundays from 4-ish to at least 9pm. Burgers are no joke out of this world. Beef, ham and fried egg, and their sauce it's great. At the food truck park on mason rd. they so far are my favorite. There are so many seemingly good options, and I have only tried a few so far, but so far, this burger is just epic. They are very nice and really seem to care. And will do kinda special requests without hesitation. This place is just great.... Please do not pay attention to the 1 star reviews. Just read them. And trucks can be inconsistent, it's better to go on busy days. But trust me. This place rocks.

Terrible customer service, the cashier with glasses treated me so badly, he was so disrespectful. They placed an incorrect amount in my account when placing the order and in a very cordial way I asked him to please correct it and these people in the end cancel my order saying that it was not their problem the mistake/Horrible atencion al Cliente e cajero de lentes me trato tan mal solo porque le hice saber cue habian cobrado mas dinero, me cancelo la orden y me dijo que no era problema de El error.... Been a customer since 2016. I enjoy their salads (which you can convert into subs, like the one in the picture), and their arepas and empanadas are staple in the Venezuelan community living in Katy. 100% would recommend.

First experience at this food truck court in Katy.The place is very nice with wooden deck, tables and chairs, gazebo.El kourmet is preparing Venezuelan food. I took a Cachapa with cheese to try…it was really good.
