Terrible customer service. I ordered through the firehouse website to get my food delivered and twice they got my order incorrect. 2nd time I went up to the store and demanded a refund. The manager did not apologize and said he could not refund me my money as it was placed with DoorDash which was incorrect. Don’t order delivery from this location. $20 dollars spent for food I never got the opportunity to eat because I had only 30 minutes lunch break and spend my whole lunch break driving to the location and asking for a refund…

I have a dairy allergy and I ordered my sandwich with no cheese. I was given cheese and was highly upset that not only did I consume dairy unknowingly, this caused me not to have enough time to eat on my lunch and and now I have extremely bad stomach cramps. The staff was very non chalant about the mix up and just gave me a blank stare while explaining they mixed it up with another sandwich. Im highly disappointed as I was recommended to come here. I will never return! This location does not listen to customers 😒 and it caused me personal injury. All I wanted was lunch.
