50 Best Food Trucks in Katy

“I wanted to check this place out as I past it many times. This little restaurant serves Venezuelan pastelitos or pizza pockets.It was quite busy on Sat lunch as the place was 3/4 occupied but we took ours to go. My son and I chose the following:

Napoli pizza pastelito
Pepperoni pizza pastelito
Especial pastelito
Jalapeno pizza pastelito
Potato and cheese pastelito

These were pretty decent size deep fried pizza pocket where 1 or 2 can fill you up since it was greasy. It also came with a white sauce as a side to dip. Honestly I didnt think much of it. Out of the 5 my fave was Pepperoni since you can actually see the Pepperoni however the downside was the lack of the main filling i.e. hardly to no potato, or barely any jalapenos. All I tasted was gooey cheese. I wish these were labeled because I didn't know which pastelito was the one that I ordered so my son took a bite of each one to see what was inside lol!

Parking: Weekends are busy at lunch so it may be difficult finding a space to park“

“Great atmosphere, good value for money, nice taste. Owners are very sweet and polite. All vegetarian menu is sometimes a rare find, so extra marks for that. They have a decent variety in the menu, given it's a food truck. Probably for the same reason the waiting time was on the higher side due to resource constraints. Couldn't try a lot of items on the first visit, but the positive experience will definitely bring us back here for more.“

“One of the best birria tacos, loaded. I’ve had several of their other tacos and I haven’t been disappointed. I’m a regular now. Friendly service. Their prices are fair and not outrages like the black food taco truck down the road. Not a fan of establishment being next to the dumpsters, bit of a turnoff. Other than that, great food and service.“

“A new Kabob spot popped up on my Instagram so I had to make my way over. I think I actually saw a video of their saffron wings first, that video hooked me. Solid flavor on the wings and the two sauces that came with compliments them pretty well. The chicken kabobs were probably the juiciest I've ever seen, marinade lightly but just enough for me to want to go back and get some more. The two owners were very nice and hospitable. They offered us complimentary hot tea after our meal and I love me some tea! Located in a food truck park right behind Fusion Grill on Mason. There was probably 10 other trucks there but only a few open on Monday. Go get you some!“

“Exceptional Mediterranean foods! You need to try the fresh juices and in house lemonades! Highly recommend the Shwarma Fries. The Dip sample was incredible. Kibbeh are a must try. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order. The customer service was phenomenal and George our waiter was very knowledgeable about the foods and just so charming! “Our high school softball team came in on a bus for lunch today after their tournament rained out. Kevin was alone working both the register and cooking. He was efficient, engaging and worked hard to get the food out. The food was 10 out of 10 but the experience was 15 out of 10. Burger and fries were excellent. Thank you, Kevin! We will be back.“

“Was craving street tacos and this food truck came up on google maps. Was happily surprised to find 2 trucks in the same gas station complex one for tacos etc and other for roasted corn both of which we love. We ordered chicken and beef tacos plus chicken torta. Food was delicious but tacos were on the smaller side. They had picnic tables with paper towels and hot sauces on request which was definitely great! The meat in the tacos tasted very good. Will definitely be back. Unlike some other taco trucks, they do accept credit card which was great as sometimes people dont carry cash.“

“Very magical nice place to be with family and also with friends, it has a place where you can have some drinks and listen to good music, there is a variety of food and even very tasty wafers, the meat made in the food truck near the bar is tasty, the only thing that at that moment they take a long time to deliver the order, they do not have enough staff, they have to improve. Parking: I went on a Saturday at 8:00 pm so I managed to park easily.

“Although I didn’t get what I ordered, the food was still really good. I order tacos on flour tortillas. I’m not a fan of corn tortillas but it didn’t matter. The taco was really good. The drink was also not what I ordered but was really good. I’m wanted a smoothie, I think my husband said the wrong name in Spanish and we got something else. But again it didn’t matter because the drink was really really good. My husband got the hamburger and fries and he says it was really good. So yes I recommend them.“

“I previously left a solid 5 star rating and should start with the food is always good. However, the last 2 orders I've made have been wrong. For instance, I ordered wet buffalo and got just basic breaded wings tonight. The last time I got the wrong wing flavor as well. I double checked the order receipt and my correct order was on it. I hope my future orders are correct.“

“We have only been enrolled at Dynamic for 2 weeks. However, I want to mention hat my husband and I love the way the coaches are with our son even though my son likes to test others. They are positive and do not get discouraged. They try their best to inspire our son. This is a place where he gets his energy out while learning about teamwork, following instruction, motorskills, and more. He gets opportunities to make friends while in a constructive environment. I strongly recommend Dynamic to anyone who has a restless little one on their hands.“

“Food trucks are always more $$ than regular restaurants. The customer service is a top notch. The young lady was very friendly and nice. But the older lady was kinda annoyed, maybe it was a late night.
Order Birria combo, the noodle soup was too salty for me. They need to improve the taste. The taco was great.
Overall, price abit too high for a food truck quality, food needs some improvement.

Note: If you are tired, just go home or find someone to replace you for that day.“
