Stumbled across this taco stand and I’m so glad I did! The tacos were absolutely incredible—bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with care. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the owner/chef. You can feel the passion in everything she does—from the way she prepares the food to how warmly she interacts with customers. She made me feel like a longtime regular, even though it was my first visit.

It’s rare to find a place where the food and the person behind it both leave such a lasting impression. This isn’t just a taco stand—it’s a must-visit experience. Can’t wait to come back!“

“I got to know about this place from TikTok. I loved this place. Their Aloo paratha and Mixed Veg Paratha were delicious. I loved their Samosa chat too but I felt they should increase the quantity for price for chats. Highly recommend this place.“

“I wanted to check this place out as I past it many times. This little restaurant serves Venezuelan pastelitos or pizza pockets.It was quite busy on Sat lunch as the place was 3/4 occupied but we took ours to go. My son and I chose the following:

Napoli pizza pastelito
Pepperoni pizza pastelito
Especial pastelito
Jalapeno pizza pastelito
Potato and cheese pastelito

These were pretty decent size deep fried pizza pocket where 1 or 2 can fill you up since it was greasy. It also came with a white sauce as a side to dip. Honestly I didnt think much of it. Out of the 5 my fave was Pepperoni since you can actually see the Pepperoni however the downside was the lack of the main filling i.e. hardly to no potato, or barely any jalapenos. All I tasted was gooey cheese. I wish these were labeled because I didn't know which pastelito was the one that I ordered so my son took a bite of each one to see what was inside lol!

Parking: Weekends are busy at lunch so it may be difficult finding a space to park“

“This was our second class with GianCarlo! We made Tortiloni with 3 generations from my family and we all enjoyed it. Two things I’d highlight:

1) Giancarlo is an engaging teacher who teaches you skills you can take with you. My husband and I both feel we can go home and have pasta making party with our kids or friends and that we’d be successful after just this one lesson. This is more than just a one-time experience but truly a life skill you can take home and incorporate into your own family and traditions.

2) I normally cannot eat much American pasta or bread without some stomach upset. We learned about the health benefits of the European flour that we used in class - and this pasta left us all feeling great. No heaviness or stomach issues. Another win.

“Yeah she rolling was in Temple today and I went to try it out I order the Rolling Fries it was so good and very filling I couldn’t eat it all I will be going again very good food truck and they both are very nice ladies I didn’t get there names I recommended this food truck.“

“A new Kabob spot popped up on my Instagram so I had to make my way over. I think I actually saw a video of their saffron wings first, that video hooked me. Solid flavor on the wings and the two sauces that came with compliments them pretty well. The chicken kabobs were probably the juiciest I've ever seen, marinade lightly but just enough for me to want to go back and get some more. The two owners were very nice and hospitable. They offered us complimentary hot tea after our meal and I love me some tea! Located in a food truck park right behind Fusion Grill on Mason. There was probably 10 other trucks there but only a few open on Monday. Go get you some!“

“I visited to try some Nepali dishes—momo, chow mein, and chatpate—and everything was so delicious! The flavors were authentic and satisfying. They also offered me a tea as a complementary with my food which was so amazing and made the experience even better. I really enjoyed the food and the hospitality. Highly recommended!“

Pollo El Norteño is hands down one of my favorite pollo trucks. The staff is super friendly and they speak English, which makes the experience smooth and welcoming. The food is Absolutely amazing. Everything is made fresh to order, served hot, and packed with flavor. I highly recommend the mix plate it’s $27, but totally worth every dollar. Generous portions, perfectly seasoned meat, and just so satisfying.

The only downside is that they’re cash only, which means I can’t just drop by on a whim. I have to plan ahead to make sure I have cash on hand. If they accepted Zelle or any other form of digital payment, I’d definitely come by way more often.

Still, if you’re prepared, this place is a gem. Don’t miss it!“

“We visited Old-School Burgers last night to celebrate my son’s 20th birthday, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our celebration even better. The food was absolutely delicious—great flavors and generous portions at very reasonable prices. My daughter’s milkshake looked amazing, and everything we ordered was spot on. “Exceptional Mediterranean foods! You need to try the fresh juices and in house lemonades! Highly recommend the Shwarma Fries. The Dip sample was incredible. Kibbeh are a must try. “Our high school softball team came in on a bus for lunch today after their tournament rained out. Kevin was alone working both the register and cooking. He was efficient, engaging and worked hard to get the food out. The food was 10 out of 10 but the experience was 15 out of 10. Burger and fries were excellent. Thank you, Kevin! We will be back.“

“We have only been enrolled at Dynamic for 2 weeks. However, I want to mention hat my husband and I love the way the coaches are with our son even though my son likes to test others. They are positive and do not get discouraged. They try their best to inspire our son. This is a place where he gets his energy out while learning about teamwork, following instruction, motorskills, and more. He gets opportunities to make friends while in a constructive environment. I strongly recommend Dynamic to anyone who has a restless little one on their hands.“

“Although I didn’t get what I ordered, the food was still really good. I order tacos on flour tortillas. I’m not a fan of corn tortillas but it didn’t matter. The taco was really good. The drink was also not what I ordered but was really good. I’m wanted a smoothie, I think my husband said the wrong name in Spanish and we got something else. But again it didn’t matter because the drink was really really good. My husband got the hamburger and fries and he says it was really good. So yes I recommend them.“

“This is a great little place that is situated in a gravel parking lot with two other permanent food stands. It's well lit at night and it's clean.

The beef street tacos were so well seasoned and delicious. The spicy Verde sauce was perfect. I will be back for more when I'm nearby. Great late night snack or night cap near hotels by Katy Mills.“

“Best street tacos in Katy! Authentic to what a street tacos should be. The lady that cooks here is also super nice along with the guys that sometimes help her. They are NOT greedy with their taco meat! The tacos are loaded, full size (not tiny), and delicious.

I’ve had their tacos in fajita, pastor, tripa, lengua, campechana, and all have been so good!!

I’ve also had their quesadillas, enchiladas and gorditas (underrated) and they are delicious! Gorditas are HUGE!

Don’t let the small truck or lack of big flashy lights (cough cough lol) fool you, this spot is a hidden hole in the wall.

Salsas are spicy!! Just a warning, a little goes a long way - will make you sweat!“

Visited a brewery, and next to a couple of outrageously-priced food trucks was the Chamos Truck serving generous portions of delicious food at very reasonable prices! I opted for the Pepito, per their recommendation, and have no regrets! It was a delicious sandwich consisting of cut up beef on a soft, warm baguette and served fries. Definitely hit the spot! Looking forward to checking out their extended menu at their main location.“
