Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Good food but better service. The girl working the register was newish and didn't understand how to ring something up. She asked for helpstayed composed and finished my order. After the whole ordeal which took a few minutes she was kind and gave me an extra cup for me and my kids drink. I didn't ask for that but the thoughtfulness she displayed was welcoming. The food came out pretty quick and thw guy the served my food continued with great service by making sure my hotdog by itself wasn't supposed to be a combo. I only gave 4 stars on the food because the fries weren't very hot and they put cheese on my hamburger. I think they did that because they were trying to be cool because heck most people like cheeseburgers except for me. Either way its way better than normal fast food and I appreciate the great service, thank you.

Don't like the smashburger burnt burgers they serve but they fries are awesome and the desserts are Think they have the military discount I can't remember but they should if they don't 🍦🍦🍨🍨🍟🍟🍟🍟🌭🌭🌭

By the time I received my order 2 🍨 🍨 sundaes...they where a melted mess...disappointed for sure.

The food quality was great. Service was poor. There was no” Hi, what would you like to eat today?” The girl behind the counter just stared blankly. I repeated my hello snd she repeated her blank stare. Millennial stare. After we sat, she brought out our ice creams. I said thank you. She ignored me and walked away. She had no business being behind the counter, especially because the one time she did speak, it was a lil whisper. This is not a five star Michelin restaurant But simple people skills, and customer service Should be bare minimum, especially for a drive-through restaurant.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s really hit and miss. This time was a miss. The burger was undercooked and I am disgusted. I attempted to call the location and the phone rings twice and then there is a busy signal.

Freddy's used to be the best.
Unfortunately their restaurants customer service is so bad. We all have issues at one point in our life, but if this is not the job for you, leave it to some one who wants to do it.
Now days I pay more for my sundae and literally I get less, how's that work?
Freddy's management, please fix this issues, I would hate to not have you around any longer, as your stores clientele is in visibly in decline.

Do better! Check your Dasher receipts. I ordered 2 quarts of vanilla fro yo, I received 4 burgers 3 fries and 3 drinks. Your packers need to validate receipts to what's actually packed. You are losing money

Fresh and delicious

Food was good but cashier ruined it. First of all, she spoke at a whisper. Second, I asked for ONE single California style and she charged me for TWO original doubles??? How do you mess up that badly...

Freddy's is an all-time favorite! and we were very happy to see a location in Texas. The shake and concrete was 😋 hands down. BUT my veggie burger was a bit dry and rather tasteless compared to what I've had in the past. still will revisit though lol

The prime rib steak-burger was good, and service was ok, although when I asked for some sauces for a table of 4 I got 2 packets of Mayo only. However the thing that I didn’t like at all that the soap dispenser in the restroom was empty, which honestly must be illegal, how the staff wash hands after using the restroom? And many other questions about cleanliness!
