Strange entrance. Smelled like burning plastic. Staff was friendly and food was good

I ordered a chili cheese dog with mustard and onions and I got back a chili cheese dog with mayonnaise, not mustard.

So the manager took my order again to fix it and I got back a chili dog with mustard and onions but no cheese even though cheese was part of my order also.

These people are horrible at taking orders here.

Eduardo at the window needs an attitude adjustment. Everyrhing bothers him or he just hates his job. He was horrible on the mic & even worse at the window. His demeanor changed quick when I asked for his name. He hesitated, but he gave it. First visit and my experience was meh. The fries were ok, but not a fan of these shoestring fries. The prime steak burger was hearty & ok. Good meat however, It did lack flavor.

This location is one of the best! Everytime I come here a DIFFERENT crew member is serving me with like literally the BEST customer service. The hiring manager here doesn’t miss because this location has a AWESOME team!!! Cook always 10/10 as well !

Impossible to order here. The kid couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear the kid. They finally got my order went to the window they gave me wrong order. Went inside and got one root beer and they still owe me a rootbeer i just wont go back. Manager was rude too almost didn't give me the wrong order for free they were boout to take it and throw it out im like bro thats wasting food just give it as apology like ur supposed to.

I like Freddy’s but my experiences, this locations service is SLOW even when they are not busy. Drive thru needs to work on faster service. Food is cold about time you get to the window 😣work on parking cars with larger orders in the drive thru

This location had such a delay today in that we were stuck in the drive thru lane for 19 minutes without moving. We thought maybe the car at the speaker was having problems so we went around to go inside. From there, the cashier needed help 3 times on placing the order, they forgot a shake when delivering the order and had to be told 4 times it was to go. To top it off, they wmhad only one package of Freddy's sauce. The food was great, but service here is terrible.

I order 2 crispy chicken club sandwiches and receive a different burger order in my bag that I didn’t ordered.
Please double check the receipt next time. I already left the restaurant and not returning for a refund.

Good Food, drive-through all over the place. Waited 20 min for my food then received wrong order. Received the wrong order…waited another 10 min.

please do not go here. i went in today around 12:30 - 12:45 & there was an employee who was not wearing gloves & touching everyone’s food in the kitchen & wiped his hands on his pants & gave the food out to the people in the drive thru. absolutely disgusting & disappointed. never coming here again.
