One of my favorite places to get pad Thai, their noodle dishes are very good like their pad Thai & their pad kee mao. Aside from their noodles, their other stuff I've tried isn't as flavorful like their seafood platter which is pretty bland... I've tried their tamarind duck and it's too sweet for me. Even so, I really enjoy this restaurant, the atmosphere is so calm, and the people working are very nice and attentive to what we need. I would recommend for some flavorful pad Thai!

Ginger Thai is the best Thai restaurant in the area. It's consistently delicious. The combo appetizer plate, the spicy eggplant, basil fried rice, all the curries and the tom yum soup are our go to's, but any time we stray from the regulars we are always happy. The service is always pleasant. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Katy is lucky to have them.

Food is good but they do not provide consistency. I ordered a masuman curry and Tom yum soup. Why is the quantity of the masuman curry a lot less? I paid a lot for the food and got a lot less. They ALEAYS do this. Why not serve your patrons properly so they keep coming back and pay your bills????

This is the best Thai food in the Katy/Fulshear area in my opinion. I ordered multiple times via Doordash and the food is always cooked well and is very delicious. Their Chicken Pad Thai and veggie spring rolls are amazing!

Pleasantly surprised. Very nice pad Thai. Loved the red curry. And dumplings. The to. Yum sum was more vinegary than I liked, but had a good spice ( hot), though I might opt for this hot next time. Everyone enjoyed it.

The deep fried whole Red Snapper is outstanding. A must try dish. It comes with a spicy sweet sauce to your level of spicy that is truly great.

Ordered $12 Shrimp Pad Thai and $12 Shrimp Fried Rice of Kid's menu. This is what I got(Juicy Juice wasn't included) I don't recommend this place if your little kids are eaters.

Poor. Server gave a used glass for drinks.Appetizer expensive. Only 4 shrimps for $14.0Dinner portion ordered which was small almost like lunch.
Amazing service, food and atmosphere. Our waitress was so kind and checked in on us often. We tried the Tom Yum Soup, Panang Curry and the Beef Pad Thai, all 3 were excellent with great flavors and spice!!! We look forward to coming back again!

Great little thai spot in katy with pretty authentic dishes. My family has been coming here for years. It's been a while since we came here last but the prices have jumped. We tried the Pad Kee Mao, cashew with pineapple, peanut chicken and ginger duck. Each dish was either too sweet or too salty. The pad kee mao was delicious and flavorful and spicy but overall salty. The cashew with pineapple was also delicious just sweet. The peanut chicken was such a colorful dish and the peanut flavor was yum but the fish was sweet. The ginger duck was also yummy but salty.

Ordered Pad Thai for my first meal to be safe and I was not impressed. It was bland and kind of dry but, Chicken was cooked decently. It came with a side salad that had a ginger dressing that basically consisted of ginger juice and possibly a citrus, which I couldn't even take a second bite of. Definitely not ordering from here again.

This place used to be very good. Lately, the quality of the food changed. I even asked the waitress if the chef changed. Our last visit, I got sick after eating there. The food was horrible. We ordered the child's fried rice with shrimp, the rice came burnt. I also ordered lettuce wrap, and it tasted not fresh, leftovers. I am very sensitive to food, and if I eat food that is not fresh and reheated I get sick. Be try disappointed as it used to be good. I am never going again, although was a revisit customer.
