Based on the reviews, Doughman Donuts & More is an amazing place with fresh, delicious donuts that taste better than Shipley’s, including classics like the old fashioned. The kolaches are also delicious, and the jalapeno cheese kolache is highly recommended for its perfect balance of spice and sweetness. The coffee actually tastes good. The shop is spotless and the owner is incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful. Customers receive a warm welcome and the owner goes above and beyond, even making custom orders like Oreo donuts. The quality is superb, with soft donuts and killer kolaches. The shop is right next to SLHS for a quick bite and stays open on all major holidays like Christmas and New Year’s. This is the best donut place in Katy.
