I frequent this location on a regular basis and have yet to have a bad experience. Even when short staffed, the working staff has always been very friendly under pressure. Our pizza tore one time while coming out of the oven and the manager came out personally to explain the situation and offered a complimentary dessert. I have nothing but good things to say about this place so far.
We ordered for pick up so the pizza was not great by the time we got to our destination. The pizza was soggy , there was hardly any pepperoni. The pictures on their website are very misleading . Got to work and people said “is that supposed to be a pizza “? The pieces were cut extremely huge . I do have to say the taste was okay not bad . But no I wouldn’t recommend this pizza . Presentation was not good . Maybe add pepperoni to a pepperoni pizza . Cheese was extremely dry...
I really like Grimaldi’s pizza but just too expensive now. $30 for one pizza? I just can’t see the value. The crust is very thin, light sauce, and sparse toppings and mostly crust. NOT worth $30. Dominos has a new NY style pizza that, although not as flavorful, gets the job done for $10.
