We just had our anniversary lunch at Half Shells. We have been going there for years, including when it was still named Fish City Grill. Our experience was quite good today. We started with the Oyster Nachos. If you haven't tried the Oyster Nachos, it is worth a trip just to try them. Fried oysters with remoulade sauce and fresh salsa on a tortilla chip. Outstanding! My son was visiting and wanted Oysters. I performed a google search and found Half Shell. The location was Cinco Ranch City Center TX. Very nice area with eateries and shopping. We looked at the menu and immediately wanted the grilled oysters. Unfortunately we arrived Sunday afternoon and the Friday thru Saturday crowd had consumed those. But we were able to order smaller oysters on the half shell that were served in lime juice with horse radish and cocktail on the side. Delicious!
