Honestly, this place was such a letdown. We came in, waited patiently, and watched other groups who came after us get seated and served first. The staff clearly didn’t care — no explanation, no apology, nothing.
It really felt like they only paid attention to certain customers and ignored us. Totally ruined the vibe. Food might be fine, but the way they treat people? Awful. Not coming back.

We had a reservation for 9:15. Checked in at 9:18. We were told that we would get a text message when our bay is ready from us. We sat at the bar. Having a good time. The bartender very friendly, told us that if we knew which bay we would go to. They could keep the tap open or not. We were having a good time. Did not mind the wait. 30 mins go by. And we get a call. To come to the front. I asked to which bay we were going to as per the bartender recommendation. They told us to close the tap. And come to the front. We did. I asked about why the delay. And if we were going to pay the cheaper rate that came with the later hour (as I saw on the website that it was cheaper to play later). He said it would be. And he took us back to the bay with the bartenders… ok. No worries. He said we had 10 mins to order food. Because, he did not know why, the kitchen was closing early. We did. Food was great. Had a couple of drinks. Played wi tv my daughter. All good. But got charged the full price.
On the game itself. The simulation of bullpen calls. Seven inning stretch and so on. Make the game soooo slow. I was playing alone with my daughter. And we got two and half games in. I can see coming with a large group. That you would need multiple hours to finish a hole game.
