Poor service at this jersey Mike’s Katy location (6645 South Fry Road). Wait for 42 minutes and called my son, so we left without getting the sandwiches. Never again.

I really hate having to send this, but it needs to be addressed because what I witnessed tonight was extremely unsanitary and cannot happen again.
I went to Jersey Mike’s this evening. I’m a loyal customer and, as a vegetarian, I always enjoy the veggie sandwich. As I was pulling in, I noticed an employee run across the counter, pick up a napkin from the floor, and then immediately go back to making sandwiches without changing his gloves.
When I walked inside, he happened to be making my sandwich. I asked him, “Did you just pick something up off the floor and then continue making sandwiches without changing your gloves?” He told me yes. I asked if he could please remake my sandwich. He removed the gloves and made a new one — but did not wash his hands, and continued using the same utensils and items he had already touched with the dirty gloves.
I didn’t want to create a scene, so I allowed him to finish making it, but I did not eat the sandwich. I’ll be calling tomorrow to request a refund.
Your team absolutely needs additional training on sanitary practices, because picking something up from the floor — where there are countless germs from shoes and foot traffic — and then immediately touching someone’s food is completely unacceptable. I’ve been a very loyal customer for a long time, but unfortunately this experience has left such a strong image in my mind that I will not be returning.

I ordered a cheesesteak and they gave me a ham sandwich. The ham sandwich was bad. I wanted a cheesesteak. Why did they give me ham that’s not what I wanted. Just give me what I ask for please. A cheesesteak and a ham sandwich are not even close to the same thing and I wanted the cheesesteak not the ham sandwich.

Hadn’t been to a Jersey Mike’s in a while. I always have a good experience, regardless of location, but some employees really go above and beyond at certain locations. This is one of those locations. The staff was extremely friendly and the vibe was just peaceful. I came in after hours of uber driving sitting in traffic, so I was hangry and they really calmed me with their energy. I forgot to ask for my sandwich the normal way I usually get it only to realize it once I already sat down to eat. I told the staff and they were kind enough to give me the condiments on the side. Really made my day. Thank you guys 🙏🏻🔥

Things have been really falling off. Subs have less meet, the quality of the subs is much different now. Corporate greed is taking hold and this place will be another subway in a year or two. Sad to see this impacted this location. Won’t order again after using up the free points racked up.

This is a Giant double meat, double cheese steak. Laughable at this point- bad wasn’t heavy nor was the sub when you take it out of the bag. Definitely being cheap and it cost them a customer.

I come to this location a lot, and it's always been consistent sandwich wise - at least for what I get. I enjoy the food here, I usually come for the club sub, some chips, and sweet tea/watermelon sweet tea. The reason I am rating this 3 stars is because the quality of the tea and other drinks has been going downhill. The sweet tea is not sweet, flavorless, and bland. The same for the watermelon tea. The normal tea is usually kind of fine, but still not up to the previous quality. This has been consistent for over probably 20 visits now. I have given it time to be fixed, and it simply has not. I really love this location and go frequently, so I hope you will please address this. What prompted me to write this review is that during my last visit, as usual the tea was not good, so I tried drinks from the soda fountain and that also had no flavoring like it was missing the syrup. I don't know why this aspect has been consistently lacking for so long. The sandwiches are good tho, please just fix the drink situation.....

I often get my lunch during work here. My go to has been the grilled portobello mushroom and Swiss sub. The times that I've gotten it, I haven't been too impressed because it lacked flavor and seasoning. But today?! I don't know who made my sub but they seasoned that thing like they wanted me to have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! It was sooo good. 10/10

I don’t know who operates and manages this location but definitely need to tell your staff to wash their hands between putting raw meat (to make a Philly cheesesteak) on the skillet and then making a cold sub..all he did was change his gloves thinking that’s sufficient and it’s not. Multiple times I’ve come here and saw unsanitary way of preparing my sandwich.
