1st off the sub was delicious. Now the problems. 1. lack of attention to detail ( I ordered a number 9 no swiss or turkey and replace with provolone and prosciuttini. Neither of which were substituted.) 2 I ordered on parmesan bread but received what look like wheat but could possibly be white bread. Other than that, the sandwhich was dressed nice and plenty flavorful.

Need better hand hygiene. You should not check someone else out and touch the register and someone else’s money and then go back and make another sandwich without changing your gloves.

Horrible customer service. I have a recording of how rude the manager George is, so there’s no way he can lie his way out of this. He made my teenage daughter cry and refused to give her a refund when she tried to cancel an order because she accidentally ordered at the wrong location during her lunch break. He laughed at her. When I called, I was super nice and tried to reason with him about how teenagers can make mistakes and we’re all human. He, and I quote, said “Well, this is a valuable lesson for her to learn but I’m not giving her a refund. He definitely should not be a manager!!!

Place a mobile order at 6:16 PM, said it will be ready by 6:30. I get there a little early sit down and let them know I’m there they proceed to make every single walk-in for the next 30 minutes before they make my mobile order I asked him about the status of the order they got an attitude with me. My order was one sub and I didn’t get it till 6:53. Poor organization by the management and staff.

The service at this location is consistently unreliable. On multiple occasions, our sandwich orders have been prepared incorrectly, even after clearly specifying the details. If you order a sandwich here, I recommend checking it before leaving or watching as it’s made to ensure it’s correct.

I placed an order through UberEats, and unfortunately, the Jersey Mike’s location gave my order to the wrong driver. I received a call from the store explaining that my order had been handed to another driver by mistake. When I asked for a replacement sandwich to be made, the manager flatly refused.
There was no apology or effort to correct the situation — just a dismissive attitude, which I found both unprofessional and disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but how they are handled says a lot about the values of a business. In this case, there was no accountability, and the customer service was severely lacking.
I hope this is addressed so other customers don’t experience the same poor treatment.

I am so disappointed with this location. I went there for lunch today and it was nasty at the counter where the sandwiches were prepared. It made me sick to my stomache. I spoke with the young manager and he seemed unbothered. The store is chaotic. I will not be back ughhh.

Ordered an online order when I opened up the wrap this is what I got ! The part the bread that is half missing is hard and crunchy … like it’s 3 day old bread. Not even sure how you think it’s ok to serve this bread . Jersey Mikes has always been solid . This is a complete fail .
