If you have allergies, skip this location. I have a milk allergy. I read menus carefully and still ask if dairy is in or on the dish. I ordered pork pastor bowl. I specifically asked about cheese. Server stated that there was not. When our meal was served, there was cheese on my dish. I handed the dish back and politely stated that I'm allergic to milk and there was cheese. The person who brought the food from the kitchen took it to the server who said that he'd send it back. No apology. My family finishes their meals. We pay the check. The server tells me that it's almost finished. I asked for it to go as my family had finished their meals. He said no problem. 10 minutes later...30 minutes after sending the dish back, I received the dish to go. No apology. No comp for our wait. Other locations have been very attentive to this detail. Not impressed.

Food and services were very good for our large group (16) but they were less than cooperative when we tried to give them heads up for our arrival . They started that they had a policy against reservations and could not ensure that they would have space for us. Told her perhaps to book something with the corporate office. The organizer pushed ahead with the event (where I would not have). We arrived at a nearly empty restaurant on a Tuesday night and had a good time. With all the places closing their doors you would have thought we would be greeted with open arms when we called ahead.

As a Tex-Mex Member, it was disappointing experience today. We arrived at 3:50 p.m., only 10 minutes before their 4 p.m. Super Bowl closure, and the hostess seated us without clearly informing us the kitchen was about to close. The service felt rushed and unwelcoming, and we were basically told they wouldn’t be able to serve food. If you plan to close early for an event like the Super Bowl, communicate it clearly and consider creating special offers (like margarita specials) to turn it into a positive customer experience. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving and going to another restaurant. Better communication and creativity with promotions could make a big difference.

I always have a great time at Jimmy Chagas! The food is delicious, and the decor is stunning! I absolutely adore their fajitas. And they also have free soft serve at the front. Me and my family Iove going here.

7 years ago/ 4 stars I like coming here. We recently visited 3/4/18. The service was great! Avery(male) was very attentive and courteous. I ordered the 9ine layer lasagna. Not my favorite. The fajitas for one was good. There is a plate you can order called The Capitan. It is not on the menu but you can see what it is in one of the pictures bellow. Very yummy! A bit salty sometimes. So I would ask for them to not salt so much. Repeat customer. Thank you!

Best service I’ve had in 15 years and I’m only 25 haha. Shoutout to Karol for going beyond the standard, for being kind and anticipating needs. She was also very respectful and knew when to check in and when to leave us to your conversation. Overall very intentional service. Also shoutout to management as well for leading a great group and helping us as well.

While in the area shopping, this establishment was highly recommended on google. So why not try it. I had the street tacos (ribeye) along with a perfect patron frozen margarita. My server was Val and she was great. I learned about the awards program they have. I highly recommend registering if you eat here often or Gringos (sister establishment). I'm always at gringos and never knew of this program. My food was good nice and hot. I'm so in love with the green avocado salsa. It pairs so well with red meat. The refried beans was so flavorful, I could eat them allday. I'll definitely return when in the area.
