I'm still waiting on a refund from almost 2 weeks ago now the transaction is removed but yet the funds were nor refunded that's stealing

They are pretty fast, but very often get the toppings wrong. They just substituted provolone for cucumbers today. lol why? No one even mentioned cucumbers?? Random stuff like this is annoying, but they are fast and tasty still.

Just ordered a sandwich on the app. Guy calls me about 2 minutes later and says he’s cancelling order because they’re closing at 9. It’s 8:56pm. Didn’t mean to order so late, but it’s been a day and I’m finally able to eat. I pull up at 8:57pm and he sees me. Lights inside JJ are off and 3 employees are standing in front of the counter, one of which is signaling his hand across his neck repeatedly as if he’s trying to tell me “nope!”
Got it. Thanks. I told him I saw his employee being disrespectful and this sucks. I wrote a bad review here a couple years ago. Why am I back?? I don’t know, but this was a rough day and this didn’t help. Won’t be back.
I worked in a restaurant for years and stayed opened until closing every night, so I know the feeling of a late order, but it’s part of it and at the end of the day, the most basic point of working in a restaurant is giving someone a meaningful meal.

Worest experience ever from JJ! They contracted the delivery out to UBER. The person was lost, would only respond to me in Spanish via text, and would not pick up when I called. I called the store and the manager told the associate to tell me I need to contact uber to find my order! WTH I don't order from Uber I ordered from JJ, why do I need to contact them. Or better yet apologies and resend my order back out with a JJ delivery driver. On top of it my order was wrong! It's like WTH ?♂️

My wife went into this Jimmy John's with a gaggle of 5 kids and ordered a bunch of sandwiches (6). Screen on the cash register said $63+. The employee tapped the credit card reader and told my wife to tap here. But the CC reader showed $75+. My wife asked the guy, why is there a difference and he told her, "I don't know, it must be tax". My wife said okay, got paid for her meal, asked for a receipt and the receipt showed a $12 tip that my wife did not elect. She came back up to the employee and asked him about it and he acted like he couldn't understand her. So she sat down and ate. After eating she asked to talk to the manager and the manager blamed my wife. Said she must have hit the 20% tip button. She assured him that she had not touched it at all. The manage continued to blame my wife and reluctantly agreed to refund her the $12, continuing to tell my wife that the employees have not way of adding the tip. But the employee did, he reached down and tapped the button on the CC machine and added the tip before my wife even looked at it. An employee does this. Okay, shame on him. But when the manager blames the customer, shame on Jimmy John's. What a crook. Choose another sandwich shop or eat at a different JJ's.

I was shorted a sandwich on my online order. The other sandwich had wrong toppings. Drove all the way back to store from my house and was offered nothing for the inconvenience.

The benefit of ordering online is that you get deals and discounts which we always do.We hardly ever purchase anything in store because of the awesome app they have.It’s definitely convenient to order online. Today we got the Gargantuan sandwich.The reason why we get that one is because it has the most meat and it’s really tasty.If you’re looking for a healthy choice on the go, I definitely recommend using their app and stopping by to pick up a quick sandwich and go on with your day.The service is fast!!! ?????
