Today I stopped by to grab a sandwich and no welcome from any on the staff. This employee chick was at the table maybe on her lunch but no “hello” and the guy that took my order still no “hello” no smile on his face nothing. The only person that I felt comfortable interacting with was the guy that gave me my sandwich. I don’t wanna be harsh but this is unacceptable behavior and everyone needs a crash course on hospitality. Never again coming here unless some changes are happening.

Surprisingly awesome. There are so many sandwich shops around I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and freshness of the cheeses and meats. The provolone alone made my Italian club pop. The freshest ham I've had lately and quality salami rounded it out nicely. I will be there regularly now.

I ordered delivery through the app and received a call from the restaurant where I was told they did not have a driver at the moment because their drivers car was not working so they cancelled my order. I did not realize that if I ordered through Uber eats the driver would also be the one from the actual restaurant. I thought other Uber drivers would be making the delivery. But I get another call from the restaurant where I was told they use the same driver and they had to cancel my order . They told me I was supposed to be reimbursed in a few days. This happened November 8th and today November 13th I realized I still had the charge. I called Uber eats and was told the restaurant marked the order as completed not cancelled. I don’t like giving negative reviews but that was just rude of them.

It smells so bad inside the store, the red neon sign says “free smells” which is so ironic, i feel bad for the staff that have to tolerate, the smell is a ongoing issue

Loves me some Jimmys Johns, I’m stuck on the Spicy East Coast Italian and on occasion, the Gargantuan. This location is fast, friendly and patient staff.
Food tasted fresh , but anytime you pay $11.00 for a sandwich chips and drink for that amount. And get basically 3 slices of turkey with lots of veggies that totally wrong. They need to visit Philly and see what a hoagie is supposed to look like. Even jersey Mike's do better then this place . Never

What a joke of a place and the employees working the lunch shift so unprofessional.... Ordered 2 sandwiches with their meals and this people charged me almost $50. BE CAUTIOUS!!! If it wasn't because we read our receipts we would've been robbed by them. Oh and the refund was a hassle for them apparently, like they can't fix their own errors. On top of that, they didn't make the sandwiches the way we ordered them but instead how they did what they felt like doing. Beach club, more like turkey and provolone, dude with an attitude argued that avocado spread was in the cheese like whaat but they "added" more. Ended up throwing the sandwich away. I asked for the mustard tbe aide they forgot to put it on the sandwich another dude proceeded to hand me a little container no knife, am I supposed to use my fingers?? So I grabbed a straw. Terrible place terrible service terrible guys working over all.
