Juicy Joint offers some of the best smash burgers, praised for crispy edges, juicy insides, and packed flavor. Customers highlight the great burgers with great prices, and some mention a bogo deal that makes it worth frequent visits. The onion rings are noted as being good, though some feel the portion size is small. Fries are generally considered fine, with one reviewer stating they aren't their favorite. The restaurant is described as fast and friendly. Melissa is repeatedly mentioned as awesome, polite, helpful, attentive, and a great host, making the experience even better. The food is fresh and considered worth the price, even beating other popular burger joints.
