Me and my brothers always loved coming here. We'd get the spicy/sweet chicken wings and waffle fries. The employees were super kind to us and even offered us drinks whenever we would wait for our food. Was very sad to see the lock-out notice on their door when we tried coming today. Although we did notice a lack of business, we weren't expecting them to close given the quality of food.
UPDATE: 11/28 - It appears that we were just closed for the weekend and are back in business as mentioned by the owner below! Will definitely be going back again to take up on their offer!

Me and my boyfriend are here a little under a week ago, and the food was amazing!! I got the original crispy drumsticks , and he got the spicy chicken tenders. The drumsticks were amazing, the meat itself was juicy and tender while the skin was crispy and flavorful. The wait was around 15 minutes, maybe a bit longer, but I do believe that they were extremely busy with online orders, and the employee working the register came out and checked on us and informed us of the wait time, so it didn’t really bother us! But the atmosphere is a bit lacking, which definitely didn’t deter us from eating there at all, it was just a tad bit disappointing ? but overall the experience was very positive, and we will be back for more!

i ordered this which is supposed to be a spicy rice cake… it almost feels like a frozen kit that you microwave it. no flavor, nothing! the workers were asking how to make it after i already made the payment which was a red flag from the beginning but I didn’t want to judge it before i taste it. never coming back!
I ordered a 5 piece original drumsticks. 3 will fill you up. Absolutely incredible. Perfect crisp and juicy.

Highly disappointed. I made an online order and when I came to pick it up, they told me they haven't even started making the food. Mind you the wait time to pick up was 20 minutes, so I had to wait another half an hour just for them to finish making the food . They also said that they could not make one of the items I ordered. So disappointed. I waited an hour just to receive half of my order and the food wasn't even worth the wait .

During this time, we noticed that several people who arrived after us received their orders before we did which was so annoying. The worker kept reassuring us that our order would be ready in just 5 more minutes, but this happened repeatedly, and another 30 minutes passed with no food in sight. When our food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. Not only was it overpriced, but the taste did not justify the high cost. The portions were also very small, leaving us still hungry after the meal. While the worker was polite, the overall service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place unless you are prepared for an exceptionally long wait and mediocre food that is not worth the price. Would rate this place nothing if I could. Save yourself money and your time by not coming here.
