I had a table literally physically ripped out of my hands and yelled "THIS TABLE IS RESERVED!!" by a waiter, after only entering this establishment for 5 whole minutes to join a group of friends for after work dinner. My group informed the staff that they needed this particular table, at which point the table did NOT have the very tiny almost unnoticeable note that read "RESERVED". Sunday, September 4, around 3:00 I arrived at the Katy-Mill restaurant as I approached the restaurant I noticed the room I reserved already was filled with customers. I told the person at the front I reserved the room and she said I'm sorry but we already seated customers! I asked to see the book and my reservation was there. Fajitas served without tortillas. Had to ask for them twice. Asked for the side is queso that came with it- Told that wasn’t included. Grabbed our credit card off our table before delivering our dessert. Asked for an extra plate twice. Again waiter was rude. Waiter was borderline rude throughout our meal. That is the last meal my family of 4 will ever eat at this location.
