Maceo Restaurant & Tequila Bar

We sat at the bar tonight. Our drinks were good and the bartender was nice and informative. My husband had Cadillac margaritas and I had jalepeno Cucumber margaritas. We ordered the queso and Carne Asada enchiladas on corn tortilla. Our plate came out and the food was not warm. We are not one to complain but we honestly couldn't eat it. We went for dinner and had an overall good experience. Our waitress was sweet and recommended several items on the menu. Menu is simple. Barbacoa was good as well as prickly pear marg. The shrimp tacos were a little different and the beans and rice needed a little more flavor. I would go back again. Chips and salsa were great.

We went a month ago and I didnt realize I failed to post. It was late om a Friday and it was pretty quiet. Word of Mouth slowly getting out about this gem. They have a full bar to make whatever you want like normal restuarants but on the sipping side they have a few bourbon and scotches but a ton of Tequilas. Duh duh it's a Mexican bar and restuarant.
