McDonald's offers amazing customer service and fresh, hot food. The staff is attentive and kind, especially Fernando. Even late at night, the service is top-notch. The drive-thru can be busy, but the staff works efficiently to serve customers. However, there were some errors in the orders, such as missing napkins and wrong sandwiches. Despite this, the restaurant has improved significantly, with quick service and minimal waiting times.
